Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at hello@diabedeco.com.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns / Right of Withdrawal
- You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
- Please email us before returning to receive detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs and the safe return of the item are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
A refund will be issued once the return is received and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that your right to withdraw is waived at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
