Refund policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at hello@diabedeco.com.

Once an order has shipped, you may no longer cancel the order, but customers within the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal as described below.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

For customers in the European Union, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a person appointed by you, receive the final item in your order.

To start a return request:

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipping costs and the safe return of the item are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.
  • For European Union customers exercising their right of withdrawal, the refund will include the original standard shipping cost. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping option will not be refunded.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or cancelled where applicable:

    • Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that your right to withdraw is waived once the digital content has been made available for download.
    • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you would like a different item, please return your original order (where eligible) and place a new order.
